2006 MEM Commendation Champs
Dear MEM Flight Attendants:
As frontline employees, you have the opportunity to leave a positive impression with our customers each time you fly and your dedication to customer service goes a long way in retaining customer loyalty. As a department, we are measured on the following attributes: presence in the cabin, attentiveness, responsiveness, courteousness, professional image, overall service experience and proactive follow-through with our customers.
Each year we recognize the Flight Attendants from each base who receive the most positive comments from our customers. The following "MEM Commendation Champions" were recently honored at a luncheon where they shared their best customer service practices with their peers and senior leadership.
